Erik Brunckhorst ESQ.
Erik Brunckhorst obtained B.S. in Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University in 2010. He obtained his juris doctorate from Capital University Law School in 2013.
Erik started his legal career as a clerk in 2008, while obtaining his college degree at The Ohio State University. His tenure as a law clerk afforded him the opportunity to file pleadings, conduct legal research, and discuss probate matters first hand with probate court magistrates years before he obtained his law license in 2013.
Erik spent his first few years as an attorney resolving complicated and contentious probate matters, including estates, trusts, and guardianships. Additionally, Erik took appointments as a guardian of numerous older adults. As a guardian, he personally guided older adults through the challenges of aging, and fostered relationships based on mutual respect and dignity. These practical experiences provided Erik with the knowledge to help guide new clients to the best possible results using specifically tailored estate, trust, and Medicaid planning tools.
In his free time, Erik enjoys the company of his wife, their two sons, and two dogs. Erik is an enthusiastic Buckeye football fan who rarely misses watching a game. He also loves to travel with his family and see live music with his wife.
